Ron Klein - interim Executive Director

Mr. Carlos Bowden, School Board President, said "As we begin the search for our next Head of School, Mr. Klein will provide the educational and leadership skills we need to assure a smooth transition. We are blessed to have a person of his caliber working with our board and leadership team. Ron is well-known in the school and Huntsville community as a gifted leader, entrepreneur and educator."

A former Army aviation career officer, Mr. Klein began his service as a combat airborne infantryman in Viet Nam. He holds an M.S. degree in economics (magna cum laude) from the University of Utah. He has taught undergraduate and graduate economics courses at five universities.

Mr. Klein founded Belzon, an aerospace and defense firm which he sold in 2012. He is a graduate of both the Huntsville and the Alabama Leadership programs. He is a former member of the Huntsville Chamber of Commerce Executive Board. He envisioned, organized and executed Huntsville's first community business management course. He currently serves on the Huntsville Committee of 100 executive board. He was WCA's School Board President from 2009 to 2011, and has been the school's debate and rhetoric instructor since 2010.

Westminster will host a welcome reception for Ron and his wife, Sandra, on Sunday, April 29, at 2:00 p.m in the gymnasium of the Brockway Campus at 237 Johns Road in Huntsville. The public is invited.
