The Process


Admissions decisions are based on the following criteria: the application, previous school records, personal interviews, availability of openings in the requested grade level, and whether Westminster is the right fit for your student.

Our goal is not to allow finances to deter a family from applying to Westminster. We offer limited financial assistance to families who qualify. We use a third party company as a means of determining financial aid status. We offer three payment plans so families can choose a plan that best suits their needs.

The easiest and preferred way to apply to Westminster Christian Academy is online. If you are unable to apply online, you may stop by the campus to pick up an application.

In order for an applicant's file to be considered complete, the following items must be submitted:

  1. Application Form
  2. Non-refundable application fee
  3. Pastoral/Church Leader Reference Form
  4. A copy of grades and test scores from school last attended
  5. Emergency Contact Form
  6. A Copy of the Birth Certificate
