Requirements to be on men's and women's swim teams:

All normal AHSAA grade and age requirements must be met.  

     Contact the Athletics Directors if you have questions about these requirements.

Practice with USA swim team at least three times a week:

• Each WCA swimmer must tryout for a USA swim team and make that team or already be a member of a USA swim team.

• Each WCA swimmer will swim at least three times a week with this team and can only compete with this USA team unattached, no more than three times during the high school swim season.

                    Huntsville Swim Association (885-0226)

                    Madison Swim Association ( 721-0460). 

        Please call these numbers to set-up a tryout. We will post their tryout dates when available. 

        Monthly fees (approximately $50/month) will be due these USA swim teams for the swimmer’s coaching. 

        A USA swim registration fee ($50) will also be required.

Swim at all high school swim meets scheduled for WCA and in the State High School Swim Meet if qualifying.

All fees for swim meets will be paid by WCA when applicable.
