• From the Huntsville area, travel I-565 to the I-65 interchange. 

• Continue toward Decatur on US 20 West to Decatur. 

• After crossing the Tennessee River bridge, turn right at the Holiday Inn onto Alt 72/20. Travel Alt. 72 for 4 or 5 miles and turn left onto Hwy 67.  

• Travel Hwy 67 for 3 or 4 miles you will see Colonial Mall on the right. 

• Turn right onto Danville Road. 

• At the second traffic signal, turn right onto Moadus Road. 

• To get to the gym,  go past the school,  turn left on McTavish, and take the next left.
