Westminster Christian Academy is pleased to announce the hiring
of Mr. Michael Shipma as High School Principal.

Michael is the husband of Adriana and father to Cristiana (16), Michael (14), James (12), and Gabriela (6). A native on northern Illinois, he graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Kuyper College and a Master of Divinity from Mid-America Reformed Seminary. He is currently pursuing a Master of Worldview Studies degree through the Institute for Christian Studies in Toronto.

Michael has been a pastor-educator for the last 12 years, serving as a teacher and administrator at two schools in the Oklahoma City area, and has enjoyed classroom experiences at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. The areas of education as discipleship and the connection of worldview to teaching are of particular interest to him.

Michael is very excited about becoming part of the WCA team and looks forward to assisting in advancing the school's mission of providing an exceptional education to students. Westminster gives praise to our Lord for the provision of Michael and his family to our school. Please join us as we begin to pray for their transition to our school.
