Britannica Online – Online
encyclopedia research resources with additional online sources on many
topics. You can log in using the
school’s user name and password. Once you
log in once on your home computer, you can save this as a favorite and use it
as often as you want without ever logging in again. This online resource is also available on any
school computer. The school user name and password are emailed out to all school
families a couple of times a year. For

Alabama Virtual Library – An online
database of hundreds of magazines, newspapers, encyclopedias and more. You can obtain a free user name and password
from the main branch of the Huntsville-Madison County Public Library. This is an excellent research resource that
gives easy instructions on how to search the many different databases it
includes.
